Gotham Penthouse
I went to Gotham Penthouse on Saturday night. The name evokes childhood memories of Batman, and the sleaziness of gangster shows...
I met Clemster and Hendry at Clarke Quay MRT at 10ish, then walked a short distance along the Singapore river across the bridge and to Clarke Quay... The stupid NUS printed the location of the place wrongly, causing us to walk all the way to Liang Court to eat MacDonalds before finding the place.
Supposed to have FHM models serving drinks... But they only sell Tequila shots in syringes for $8... Anyways I didn't think they were that chio or anything... They were quite short... anyway there were only 2 of them that I saw... then there were these two irritating women who kept trying to "seduce" us to buy 5 bottles of beer for $50. Now as there were only 3 of us, this deal is sucky... But they kept coming to ask us to buy like the whole night...
The dancefloor is quite smallish, but bigger than the tiny dancefloor at Club MoMo. It's about the size of the common area. It was quite packed full of people by the time we started dancing. Clemster and I danced, but Hendry pang seh us haha! The music was good though... Really feel like dancing there...
we left at about 2 cos Hendry and I had Church the next morning... The fun part about ending clubbing at Clarke Quay (MOS/Gotham) is that we sit on the bridge and talk cok...
Clemster asked: "why do girls like to go clubbing?"
I've seriously no idea either. Please enlighten me.

then ask urself why do u STILL go to clubs although u dun really like it, whether u have excuses or not? heh
